Questions we answer on almost every first call

If your question is not here, call us on +1 310 962 4351 or email seo@llu.jaivis.co.ke and you will get a direct answer from a consultant, not a sales script.

How long before we see results from SEO?

Technical fixes can show up in crawl and index data within two to four weeks. Meaningful ranking and lead movement generally begins between month three and month five, and compounds from there. Anyone promising first-page positions in thirty days is either working in a market with no competition or not telling you the truth.

Do you require a long contract?

No. There is a 90-day initial commitment, because that is roughly how long the build phase takes and it is not fair to either side to stop halfway. After that the agreement runs on rolling 60-day terms that you can end in writing at any point.

Who owns the accounts and content?

You do, without exception. Ad accounts, analytics properties, tag containers, published content and tracking configuration are created in your name from day one and stay with you if the engagement ends.

Do you work with Microsoft Advertising as well as Google Ads?

Yes, and we usually recommend running both. Across our current client book, Microsoft Advertising returns a lower cost per acquisition in eleven of fourteen accounts, largely because of lower auction competition and the demographic profile of the Bing network in U.S. professional and trade categories.

Will you guarantee a specific ranking position?

No, and we would be sceptical of any firm that does. Search engines do not sell or promise organic positions, and results depend on factors outside any consultant's control. What we do commit to are defined deliverables, defined timelines and honest reporting.

Do you build links?

We earn coverage through digital PR, industry directories, supplier and association listings, and genuinely useful content. We do not buy links, use private blog networks, or place paid guest posts. That work carries real risk to your domain and we will not do it.

Can you work with our existing developer or in-house marketer?

Very often that is the best arrangement. We write developer-ready tickets, join your sprint calls if that helps, and are perfectly happy in a supporting role where you have in-house capability.

What happens if we want to stop?

Give us written notice inside the rolling term. We hand over all documentation, transfer any accounts still under our management, and hold a closing call to walk your team through the current state. There is no exit fee.

Do you work with clients outside Maryland?

Yes. About two thirds of our clients are elsewhere in the United States. Everything except the optional in-person workshop runs equally well remotely.

How do you invoice?

Monthly in advance, on the first business day, payable net 14 by ACH transfer or business card. Advertising media spend is billed to you directly by the platform and never routed through us.

Not sure where your search traffic is leaking?

Send us your domain. We will return a 12-point technical and commercial audit within three business days — no fee, no obligation, and no automated PDF dump.
