• Enquiry details submitted through our contact form: name, company, business email address, telephone number, website address, service interest, budget range and the message you write.
• Correspondence: emails, call notes and meeting records created while responding to your enquiry or delivering services.
• Client account information: billing contact details, purchase order references and payment records for clients under contract.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen size, referring page, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. This is recorded in standard web server logs.
• Analytics data, only where you have accepted optional cookies: aggregated information about how visitors navigate the site, which pages hold attention and where visitors leave.

2.3 Information we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers through this website, we do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric or political information), and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.

We do not operate a general marketing mailing list and we do not add enquirers to one. We will never sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose. If we ever introduce an opt-in newsletter, it will be a separate, clearly labelled choice and never a pre-ticked box.

• Financial records: 7 years, as required by United States tax law.
• Server logs: 90 days.
• Analytics data: 14 months in aggregated form.

9. How we protect information

This website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to mailboxes and client systems requires multi-factor authentication. Client credentials are stored in an encrypted password manager, never in plain text or shared documents. Access is restricted to the individual consultants working on an account, and it is revoked on the day an engagement ends. We review these controls annually.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:

• The right to be told what personal information we hold about you and to receive a copy of it.
• The right to have inaccurate information corrected.
• The right to ask us to delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
• The right to object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.

Our services are directed at businesses. This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy
